We deliver nationwide across South Africa via Aramex. Estimated delivery is 8–11 business days from the date of your order.

 Do you deliver to my area?
 Yes! We deliver to all major cities and surrounding areas across South Africa — from Cape Town to Joburg, Durban to Pretoria and everywhere in between.

 How will I know when my order is on its way?
You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order has been dispatched so you can follow your delivery every step of the way. You can Also track it on at resetstudio.co.za

 Yes! It works with ceramic, glass and metal mugs. Just place your mug on the pad and switch it on.

How long does it take for the cup warmer to heat up?
 It typically reaches optimal warming temperature within 15–20 minutes depending on your power adapter output.
